My husband reports, the support on his neck leaves him in no pain in the morning.
Korean Style Rectangular Buckwheat Pillow for Firm, Low-Profile Sleep
The Korean Style Rectangular Buckwheat Pillow (11" x 19") is a firm, low-rebound pillow filled with 100% natural, non-allergenic buckwheat hulls under a removable 100% cotton cover. Its ergonomically curved shape and hull fill support the head, neck and shoulders to relieve neck pressure — one buyer notes her husband wakes with no neck pain in the morning — while the breathable hulls keep air moving to regulate temperature for a cool sleep in any season. A zippered insert lets you add or remove hulls to set your own height and firmness, and the pillow doubles as a nap or yoga pillow. It has a genuinely firm feel, so sleepers used to soft, plush pillows can simply remove some hulls to soften it to their liking.
TL;DR: The Korean Style Rectangular Buckwheat Pillow is a firm 11x19-inch pillow priced from USD 40.95 for low-profile sleep, naps, and yoga.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size and shape is this pillow, and who is a low-profile rectangular pillow best for?
It is a rectangular Korean-style pillow measuring 11"x19" (28 x 49 cm) with a Low height. The flat, regular rectangular form gives an even, stable surface, making it a good fit for people who prefer a low, uncontoured pillow over a tall shaped one.
Can I use this pillow for anything besides sleeping at night?
Yes. It is made for versatile use — as a sleep pillow, a nap pillow, and as a cushion or yoga pillow for extra comfort, where it can help you feel more deeply in touch with your poses during practice.
What is inside the pillow and what is the cover made of?
The pillow is filled with 100% natural, non-allergenic buckwheat hulls, and the cover is 100% cotton — soft, moisture-absorbing, and removable for washing.
How do I wash and care for this pillow?
Slip the cotton cover off and wash it. Empty all the buckwheat hulls before washing the pillow sham, and when tumble drying do not remove the hulls from the inner protective case, so you do not damage your dryer.
Will a firm buckwheat pillow feel comfortable if I usually sleep on a soft one?
It is a Firm, Low-Rebound pillow, so if you are used to a soft pillow it may feel firm at first. The buckwheat hulls conform to gently support and massage the head and form a natural, comfortable groove around your curves; one buyer reports waking with no neck pain in the morning.
