Qbedding Celebrates the Chinese New Year

 

Usher in the year of the goat with traditional Lunar New Year delights, Spring Festivals, and Chinese Parade traditions.

 

February 10, 2015, College Point, NY – In celebration of the Chinese New Year, Qbedding will be a sponsor of Sinovision’s 2015 Spring Festival Galas and a few College Students’ Spring Festival Galas.

 

“Chinese New Year is a very important tradition in our Chinese community and we always want to be able to give back to the community,” says Jerry Qu, President of Qbedding. “We also want to help support college students throughout their college experience and it is our hope that they will enjoy their festivals and celebrate the cultural traditions.”

 

Sinovision’s 2015 Spring Festival Galas, will be aired from February 18, 2015 to February 24, 2015, offering the audience a visual feast for the whole week of the Lunar New Year. Top profile galas will include live broadcasting of the most anticipated and watched event-CCTV New Year’s Gala, followed by the Spring Festival Galas from Hunan TV, International Channel Shanghai (ICS), Shanghai Media Group, and Beijing TV New Year Gala. The shows will broadcast many live stream Celebration of Chinese New Year from Chinese Television and the Chinatown/Flushing Chinese Parades that are hosted by Sinovision.

 

Qbedding is also excited to announce that it will be sponsoring Association of Chinese Students and Scholars at Yale (ACSSY) for the 2015 Yale University Spring Festival Gala. The Spring Festival Gala has become a top priority for ACSSY for numerous years, attracting as many as 2,000 participants and has become an important event for New Haven. This year, the ACSSY’s most anticipated biggest celebration, the 2015 Year of the Sheep Spring Festival, which will be held on February 21, 2015, 7:00pm at the prestigious Yale University’s Woolsey Hall. Friends of the Ivy League schools and its respective Chinese organizations will join efforts to bring the audience in a star-studded and artistic feast, evoking a deep sense of cultural memory.

 

Qbedding will also be sponsoring Chinese Students & Scholars Union at Emory (CSUE) for their Spring Festival that will be held on February 14, 2015, 6:30pm – 9:00pm at Emory Glenn Memorial Auditorium in Atlanta, Georgia. 800 people are expected to participate this event. In addition, Qbedding will also be sponsoring United Chinese Language Association (UCLA) for their Spring Festival that will be held on March 3, 2015 between 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Baruch College. Qbedding will be giving away blankets, shopping bags, and red envelopes to both respective Chinese organizations.
