Supply Chain Logistics Assistant / Bilingual Chinese

We are seeking a successful Inventory Planning Manager to work in partnership with, Supply Chain/log. Along with ordering and maintaining in-stock levels, the manager will work with the merchandising and Supply Chain teams to manage proper inventory levels of merchandise. Candidate will manage inventory across all channels (stores and digital) and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at desired levels, shipped, and received on a timely basis. This position requires excellent consulting skills; superior knowledge of supply chain and logistics; exceptional analytical, problem solving, project management, and presentation skills; and understand China supply chain industry.


Duties And Responsibilities
  • Owns the inventory plan in partnership with buying and merchandise planning
  • Partner on inventory management strategies, flow and timing with Merchandising and Supply Chain
  • Aligns inventory plans with merchandise financial plans
  • Manage inventory throughout lifecycle from product introduction to exit
  • Work with Marketing to Plan and coordinate inventory timing for event and promotional builds
  • Provide input on unproductive inventory and strategies to sell down surplus while minimizing markdowns
  • Own receipts forecasts for accurate replenishment and quickly adjust to support trends, priorities, and business needs
  • Communicate observed trends, risks, opportunities, and recommend associated actions
  • Collaborate the R&D and Operation teams in China to provide forward looking forecasts and to optimize lead times/order cycles
  • Accountable for the replenishment and allocation of inventory into stores, wholesaler, and ecommerce.
  • Accountable for end-of-life inventory management

Retail Assistant Manager 

We are looking for a retail assistant manager to join our team at our store in Flushing New York.

As a retail assistant manager, you will work closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, the satisfaction of our customers, and the achievement of our sales goals. You will also assist with hiring, training, and supervising sales associates, as well as setting up advertising displays and maintaining inventory.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality service and products to our customers. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


  • Assist the store manager in planning and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Supervise sales associates and ensure they provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor and report on store performance, sales, expenses, and inventory
  • Train new employees and provide feedback and coaching to existing staff
  • Ensure compliance with the company as well as Skyview policies and procedures,
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive store environment


  • A degree in business management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Customer-oriented and team player attitude
  • Must speak Mandarin
