Return Policy at Qbedding.com
You MUST contact us within 30 days upon receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange, or it will not be approved.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging before a refund will be issued on a returned order.
Please note that we do not accept items back with any kind of odor (ex. smoke, body odor, perfume, animal etc.).
Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. No refund will be issued if the return item does not satisfy the above return policy.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, or an error occurs on our part. The cost goes up as the size and weight of the package, value of the contents, and distance it must travel increases. Additional return shipping charges will apply for customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Please note we only provide free return shipping for receiving wrong and damaged items only. However, feel free to use any shipping carrier of your choice. If you would like to purchase shipping label from us, please contact us.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- All 50% off & 40% off items are clearance items, and are final sale. Final Sale items are non-refundable & non-returnable.
- Items purchased during a promotional period or as a part of a bundle/package are only eligible for a refund if the entire bundle/package is returned.
- Please note that orders can only be returned at the store where they were originally purchased.
Exchanges:
We can only process exchanges for the same item. If you need to exchange to a different item, you may return it for refund and place a new order for your desired item.
To Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team by emailing us at help@qbedding.com, or calling us at 866-530-7742 between Monday to Friday at 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. to initiate the return process.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Qbedding is not responsible for any lost packages, therefore we recommend you using tracked shipping for your return package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed after your return item has been received. Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund process to be completed. It will take approximately 3-5 business days for credit to be automatically applied to your original payment method.
