Your satisfaction is our guarantee at Qbedding. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return your unused items for an exchange or refund. You may return your purchases within 30 days upon receiving the order, but the items must be unused and unwashed. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Also, please note that we are unable to provide free return shipping for any other reasons than your items being damaged or incorrect. However, do not hesitate to use any shipping carrier of your choice. If you would like to purchase a shipping label from us, please feel free to contact us.
*Please note that orders can only be returned at the store where they were originally purchased.
- The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, or an error occurs on our part.
- Contact our Customer Service team by emailing us at email@example.com, or calling us at 866-530-7742 between Monday to Friday at 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. to initiate the return process.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
*Qbedding will not be responsible for any lost packages, therefore we recommend you track your package.
Proof of Purchase:
Proof of purchase is required when returning in-store purchased orders. We are unable to accept any items for returns or exchanges without proof of purchase. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:
- Original paper receipt
- Delivery date on carrier tracker
We understand that it is hard to find the right bedding essentials, so we allow returns of any unused and unwashed items within 30 days upon receiving. Please note we only provide free return shipping for receiving wrong and damaged items only. However, feel free to use any shipping carrier of your choice. If you would like to purchase shipping label from us, do not hesitate to contact us.
Refunds will be processed after your return item has been received. Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, or an error occurs on our part.
Items purchased during a promotional period or as a part of a bundle/package are only eligible for a refund if the entire bundle/package is returned.
