Return Policy

RETURN PROCESS

To return your order, please contact us at help@qbedding.com or call us at 866-530-7742 between Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm EST. We will help you file a return request. Once your return request is approved, an email with the return address and instruction will be sent to you. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

 

You can return your purchases 30 days upon delivery under the certain conditions below

  • All items are clean and intact in the same condition when you receive it from delivery.
  • Any vacuum sealed product is NOT allowed to be returned.
  • The return shipping cost may applied to customers if the return reason is no fault at our end.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

We know it is hard to find the right sleeping mates and we welcome you to return any unused and unwashed item within 30 days upon receipt. Please note we are unable to provide free return shipping for return reason other than product damage upon receipt or receiving wrong item. However, you are free to use any shipping carrier at your convenience. If you would like to purchase shipping label from us, please feel free to contact us. 

REFUND

Refund will be processed after return item has been received by our return department. Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund to be completed.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item. If you need to exchange to a different item, you may return it for refund and place a new order for the desired item. We apologize for the inconvenience.
