Q: What is your return policy?

A: Your satisfaction is our guarantee at Qbedding. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return your unused items for an exchange or refund. You may return your purchases within 30 days upon receiving the order, but the items must be unused and unwashed. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Also, please note that we are unable to provide free return shipping for any other reasons than your items being damaged or incorrect. However, do not hesitate to use any shipping carrier of your choice. If you would like to purchase a shipping label from us, please feel free to contact us.

 

Q: Do we need to provide proof of purchase?

A: Yes, proof of purchase is required when returning. We are unable to accept any items for returns or exchanges without proof of purchase. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

  • Original paper receipt
  • Delivery date on carrier tracker
  • eReceipt

 

Q: What kind of payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept a variety of different kinds of payments. For online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For our in-store locations, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

Q: Why is my transaction declined?

A: To protect your personal information, Qbedding has a strict payment verification set up. Shown below are the most common reasons for transactions that do not go through.

  • Your billing address and zip code do not match the one on file with the card issuing bank.
  • The card information that was entered is incorrect.
  • Transaction declined by the issuer. If this happens, please contact your card issuing bank.

 

Q: Will my duvet insert from China fit into Qbedding duvet covers? 

A: All Qbedding products are manufactured in US sizes. If you are unsure of the actual size of the duvet insert that is from China, we recommend you to measure it and then compare it to our product size chart.

 

Q: Do bedding products from other merchants in the US match Qbedding products?

A: All Qbedding products are manufactured in US sizes. However, each merchant has their own standard size, which might be a little different with ours. Therefore, please use our size chart as a reference to make a comparison to your item and choose the matching size.

 

Q: I am not sure what size I should get. How do I figure this out?

A: We first recommend you measure your bed. After you figure out your dimensions, please refer to the size chart (link the size chart).

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once you have successfully placed your order, a team member will email a tracking number once the order is processed.

A: To return your order, you can either visit your nearest Qbedding store, email us at help@qbedding.com, or call us at 866-530-7742 between Monday to Friday at 10AM to 5PM EST. For all returns by email or phone, an email with the return address and instructions will be sent to you once your return request is approved. Qbedding will not be responsible for any lost packages, therefore we recommend you tracking your package.

 

Q: Do we need to provide proof of purchase?

  • Vacuum sealed items (e.g., pillows)

All used products will be donated to charity instead of selling them to our customers. Please do not send back any used products. Please note that we are unable to issue you a refund if your items fall into any of the circumstances shown above.

 

Q: Are exchanges allowed?

A: We can only process exchanges for the same item. If you choose to exchange for a different item, please return your items before doing so. Once the refund is placed, you can place a new order for the desired item. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds will be processed after the return item has been received by our return department. Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund process to be completed.

 

Q: Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?

A: If you received the wrong or damaged item, please take a photo of the item, and contact us immediately through our email at help@qbedding.com or call us at 866-530-7742. Please keep in mind that free return shipping is only available for wrong or damaged items. If this does not apply to your situation, you can either choose a shipping carrier directly or purchase a return shipping label from us.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: There is a flat shipping rate for $5 USD within the 48 continental states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Any orders over $99 will receive free shipping.

 

Q: What if my shipping address is incorrect?

A:  Once your order is processed, we will confirm your shipping address and once it is confirmed, an email will be sent to you. If there are any mistakes with your shipping address, please e-mail us at help@qbedding.com using “Request to Change Shipping Address” in the subject line. There will be no additional fee if your package is still in our warehouse, but if your package is in transit with the carrier, there will be an additional fee of $16.50 for the address change.

 

Q: How long does it take for my package to be delivered?

A: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. After your order is processed, your delivery will be made within 2-7 business days depending on your location. Orders are normally processed within 48 hours on weekdays. Shown below is a delivery timeframe for your reference.

  • Eastern = 2-3 business days
  • Central = 3-4 business days
  • Pacific = 5-6 business days


Q: What if I did not receive my order/shipping confirmation email?

A: After you have successfully placed your order on www.qbedding.com, you will receive an email regarding the details of your order. If you cannot find your order or shipping confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam mailbox first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please reach out to help@qbedding.com and provide your order number along with the reason. We will then forward the confirmation email to you.
