Q: What if my shipping address is wrong?

A:  We will validate your shipping address when your order has been processed. We will send you an email if your shipping address is invalid. If you notice there's a mistake associated with your shipping address, please contact us back immediately and request a modify of your shipping address. You can either send an email to help@qbedding.com  with subject line request to change shipping address with your order number or call us at 866-530-7742 and provide precise city, state, and zip code information. If the package is still with us in the warehouse, no additional fee applied with this action.  If the package is in transit with carrier,  a $16.50 address changing fee will be applied. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my package?

A: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Sometimes, we will send you an additional email request you to confirm your order detail and shipping address. All delivery will be made within 2-7 business days according to your location.

The business hour of Qbedding fulfillment center is 9:30 am to 5:00 pm EST from Monday to Friday. Orders are normally processed within 48 hours during weekdays. Delivery timeframe for your reference.

Q: What if I did not receive my order/shipping confirmation email?

A: After you have successfully placed your order with Qbedding.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. If you cannot find your order / shipping confirmation email, please first check your spam box. If you still can't find them, please send an email to help@qbedding.com and provide your issue with the order number to us. We will fulfill your inquiry and forward a confirmation email to you.

Q: What is the possible reason for a declined transaction?

A: To protect your own interest, Qbedding.com has set up a strict payment verification standard. Common reasons for transaction failures are:

  • Your billing address and zip code do not match the ones on file with the card issuing bank.
  • Your card information (card number, experiment date, cvv code) is wrong.
  • Your account balance is not enough for this transaction.
  • Transaction declined by the issuer. (please contact your card issuing bank for this reason)

Q: Do quilts of Chinese size fit in duvet covers from Qbedding? 

A: All Qbedding products are manufactured in US size. If you cannot confirm the actual size of your quilts brought from China, please measure it and compare it to products’ size chart.

Q: Do bedding products from other merchants in USA match products from Qbedding?

A: All Qbedding products are manufactured in US size. However, each merchant has their own size standard which may cause slight difference. Therefore, please take our size chart as reference, make a comparison to your possessed items and choose the matching size.

Q: What kind of products are unacceptable for returning?

A: Generally speaking, you can apply for a return for products do not meet your expectation within 30 days upon receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot approve your return request under the following circumstances:

  • Washed items.
  • Used items.
  • Vacuum sealed items. (e.g. memory foam pillow)

According to Qbedding’s policy, all used products will be donated to charity instead of selling to customers. Please do not send any used products back to us. And please note we are unable to issue you any refund if items you send back belong to the circumstances above.

Q: Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?

A: Please contact us immediately If you receive wrong or damaged items, since we are going to take responsibility and cover the shipping fee in these situations. It is preferable to provide a photo of your products to us, for it helps with our returning or exchanging procedure. And please note we are unable to provide free shipping for return reasons other than receiving wrong or damaged items, in which case you can either choose a shipping carrier directly or purchase a return shipping label from us.
